Winners of the NT Export and Industry Awards

The NT Chief Minister's Export and Industry awards are the Territory's most prestigious business awards. They acknowledge the innovation, hard work and success of businesses, large and small, in reaching new markets.

The 2009 winners were announced on 24 September in Darwin at a gala event attended by some of the Territory's leading exporters, the business community, government and industry associations.  The 2009 NT Chief Minister's Export and Industry award winners as listed below automatically progressed as National Finalists in the 47th Australian Export Awards program.

On 20 November 2009, they competed with all of the State and Territory winners in their respective award categories at the National Awards Ceremony which was held in the Great Hall, Parliament House, Canberra where two winners were announced, Australian Skills Training who won the Education and Training Award category and Alice Springs Helicopters who won in the Small Business Award category.
