Case Study - Laservision (NSW)

Case Study - Laservision (NSW)

Laservision
Winner, Arts and Entertainment

Laservision exports multimedia entertainment, using high powered lasers, digital image projection and surround sound – to more than 20 countries, most recently Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and India. The products and services Laservision provide include: architectural lighting, tourist attractions, theme parks, major events and spectaculars.

The Laservision show ‘Symphony of Lights’ in Hong Kong originally started with 18 buildings, and has since grown to include 44 of Hong Kong’s prominent skyscrapers and has significantly increased tourism to the region.

A recent joint venture with the Australian Government is focused on the development of an Architectural Lighting Emergency Response System. This new technology allows for the control and distribution of external lighting on buildings on a scale never previously achieved. It will use internet protocol based technologies for the control and monitoring of remote equipment for the buildings.

Laservision will continue to focus on the Asia Pacific region with the establishment of a third branch in Singapore. With the completion of a world class attraction in Russia in early 2012 Laservision will be looking to establish a branch office in Russia to further expand in this region.
