Welcome to the 2008 Governor of Victoria Export Awards
Given the importance of exporting to the Australian economy, the objectives of the annual Governor of Victoria Export Awards are to showcase Victoria's top exporters, to promote them as role models and to encourage other Victorian businesses to strive for success in world markets. These Awards acknowledge the important contribution businesses make to the economy through job creation and increased prosperity for the community and for the state.
The Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD), who manage these awards, strongly encourages you to consider nominating for these influential awards.
Winners of the Governor of Victoria Export Awards automatically progress as national finalists to the 2008 Australian Export Awards.
Outstanding VIC companies such as Victoria Racing Club, Boundary Bend, Rofin Australia, and Box Hill Institute of TAFE have all been recognised for their outstanding export success.

Application details are used solely for the purpose of judging and will be treated as strictly commercial-in-confidence by the organisers of the Governor of Victoria Export Awards 2008 and the Australian Export Awards, with all judges having to sign a confidentiality declaration. No information will be published without the permission of the applicant. All copy to be used for media purposes will be cleared with the applicant before publication.
