Xstrata Technology develops, markets and supports technologies for the global mineral processing and metals smelting and refining industries. Over a third of the world’s refined copper and over eight million tonnes of copper concentrate smelting capacity is processed using technology developed by Xstrata Technology.

Developed, tried and tested on mine sites in Australia, this technology is highly regarded by the industry and is backed by experienced employees who have worked with the technology, either as operators or developers.

This expert staffing is a big advantage over Xstrata Technology’s international competition where much larger companies offer a wide range of equipment, backed by personnel with less hands-on experience.
