Tasmanian Oak (eucalyptus) logs
harvested from sustainable-yield forests
managed by Forestry Tasmania. The
company exports timber for furniture,
engineered products and flooring,
primarily to China and Malaysia.
Timber has developed new commercial
floorboards that are engineered to be
more environmentally sustainable –
instead of one board, four boards can
be cut from the same piece of timber.
