Chaceon was established in 2007 to
meet an increasing demand for fresh,
quality seafood from Western Australia.
It supplies live crustaceans to the
wholesale and food service industries,
focusing on products that until now have
been considered financially unviable,
such as Crystal crab and Champagne
In 2016–17, Chaceon achieved
125 per cent year-on-year growth in
its export sales, with particularly strong
expansion in China, as well as in Asian
and Middle-Eastern markets.
