Dutjahn Sandalwood Oils (DSO) is a 50% Indigenous-owned company producing superior Australian sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) oil for export to the global luxury perfumery, cosmetics and aromatherapy markets. 

DSO champions the sustainable sandalwood harvest from the homelands of Indigenous desert communities. The result is an ethical product that brings employment to some of the planet’s most remote areas. 

DSO is a UN-recognised global success story, showing how traditional landowners can partner with regional innovators to create products that bring pride and economic opportunity. Around 70% of DSO product is exported to 15 countries and used in some of the most prestigious cosmetics from Estee Lauder, Aveda, Tom Ford and Aesop, among others. DSO is also registered to supply all seven of the top global fragrance houses including Givaudan, IFF and Firmenich.

Hill Farm Preserves (TAS)

Hill Farm Preserves makes premium condiments in north-west Tasmania. Its beautifully presented products are made in small batches from natural ingredients, and spotlight quality Tasmanian ingredients including beer, berries, canola oil, honey, horseradish, mustard seeds, native pepperberry, quince and whisky. 

With a range spanning fruit and vegetable preserves and pastes, apple cider vinegar and mustards, Hill Farm is also the only producer of culinary GM-free cold pressed canola oil in Tasmania. 

Hill Farm has exported to Japan for nearly 20 years, selling in luxury hotels and department stores, providores and top restaurants. It recently expanded into the Singapore and Sri Lankan markets. Hill Farm enjoyed a 25% increase in sales in the 2020-21 financial year, with sales to Japan increasing by 24%.

iBuild Building Solutions (VIC)

At a compound annual revenue growth rate of 816%, iBuild has fast become one of Australia's most competitive prefabricated building suppliers. iBuild delivers kit homes and modular buildings to customers across the country, also exporting to South Pacific and West African nations including the Cook Islands, Tonga and Senegal.

An approved tender supplier of prefabricated buildings to the Victorian Government and United Nations, the iBuild team of more than 40 operates from sites across three countries, including a 5000 square-metre factory in Melbourne. iBuild has recently focussed on its digital presence, launching virtual reality walkthroughs to target overseas customers. These efforts lead to a $2 million contract to Senegal in a German foreign aid project.

One Model is revolutionising people analytics. This US-Venture-Capital-backed company aggregates disparate people datasets held in the HR systems of large organisations. One Model gives customers control of their HR Data. One Model also offers a pioneering predictive analytics capability via its proprietary OneAI platform.   

With a founding team born and raised in southeast Queensland, One Model's clients include the Commonwealth Department of Health, and global brands; Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Santander and SquareSpace.    

Despite the ongoing impacts of covid-19, One Model grew its export markets by more than 73% in 2020. In 2021, One Model released two new stand-alone products, a Labour Market Intelligence Tool and an “Essentials” version of its core platform, consolidating its position as the world's most advanced people analytics suite.
