Hill Farm Preserves makes premium condiments in north-west Tasmania. Its beautifully presented products are made in small batches from natural ingredients, and spotlight quality Tasmanian ingredients including beer, berries, canola oil, honey, horseradish, mustard seeds, native pepperberry, quince and whisky.
With a range spanning fruit and vegetable preserves and pastes, apple cider vinegar and mustards, Hill Farm is also the only producer of culinary GM-free cold pressed canola oil in Tasmania.
Hill Farm has exported to Japan for nearly 20 years, selling in luxury hotels and department stores, providores and top restaurants. It recently expanded into the Singapore and Sri Lankan markets.
